With sad hearts, the family of Michele Lynn Simao, announces her passing on July 11, 2020 in Palm Bay, Florida. Born October 15, 1985 in Syracuse, Michele moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1998 and later lived in Maryland and Ohio before returning to Florida in 2018. Michele was a free spirit... smart, talented and feisty. She had a beautiful voice, gift of gab, huge heart and an infectious smile that lit up every gathering. Michele was predeceased by her loving grandparents who simply adored her: Tony and Betsy Simao, and Harry DeCarlo. She is survived by her parents, Joseph Simao, of Melbourne, Florida, and Margaret DeCarlo, of Clay, sister, Taryn (Jared) Perrone, of Clay, sister, Hailey Higgins, of Clay, nephews, Lucas and Dominic, niece, Mila, grandmother, Gloria DeCarlo, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in Michele’s memory on Friday, August 13th at 1:00pm at St. Marianne Cope Parish: St. Cecilia’s Church in Solvay.
