EDWARD R. NOCE SR.
September 8, 1949 - February 13, 2022
Edward passed away suddenly in his home late Sunday evening, February 13th. He is predeceased by his parents Alexander Noce Sr. and Rosamond Noce, his grandparents, several Aunts and Uncles, his stepson Zachary "Zaak" Gilchrist, and son-in-law William Valle. He is survived by his wife Nancy Grant-Noce. His children; Halene (Sohn) Wehseler, Cecilia Valle, Edward (Jessica) Noce Jr., A'lesandro Noce, Patricia (Christopher) Arnold, and Justin Noce. His stepchildren; William (Jeanna), Matthew, and Judy "Molly" Grant, Michael and Kaitlyn Gilchrist. His siblings; Alexander Jr (Mari), Carol (Bob) Vryhof, Gary (Grant), Juanita (Joseph) Fernandez and Jacqueline (Dwayne) Holbert, step-mother; Eleanor, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, two great grandchildren, and extended family. Ed was a Vietnam Veteran and served in Desert Storm. In his 19 years of service in the Air Force he achieved the rank of E6 Tech. Sergeant and served as a medic. He was an LPN and worked for the VA hospital for a time. He was also a paramedic and helped establish WAVES. He enjoyed car shows and NASCAR. He loved to build car models. He was very patriotic and proud of his service and loved his country. Memorial services will be held 10 AM Monday, February 21st at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Ave. Solvay, NY 13209.
