TIMOTHY J. DADDARIO

Timothy J. Daddario, 65, suddenly passed away on April 18, 2023 in Albuquerque, NM. Born in Syracuse, New York, Tim graduated from Solvay High and Fordham University in 1981. Tim moved to New York City, then lived most of his life in the Southwest, working in the healthcare field up until his death. A memorial service was held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Albuquerque, NM on September 15th. Tim was predeceased by his parents Isidor and Betty. He is survived by his brothers, Daniel and David, both of Syracuse and Patrick, of South Carolina; loving nieces and nephews, Ryan, Kyle, Pat Jr., Chris, Joe, and Alicia Daddario. Tim enjoyed his seven great nieces and nephews who called him “Uncle Buck”; Evelyn, Austin, Julius, Penelope, Oliver, Nikoli and Jaylyn. Many, many friends including Roy and Suzi Rife, Reverends Jack Replogle, Jack Clark Robinson, and Joseph Clemente; his good friend, Erin Mitchell and her daughters, Megan and Morgan and Erin’s father, “Pops”; Uncle Joe; cousins, Jack and Bette Trainham, Rosemary and Tom Jowers, Patty Land, Barbara and Pat Powers, Mike, Melanie and Michelle Ashley, the Klien and Grandzow families, and Ginny and Walt. A life well lived certainly describes Tim, graduating Solvay High with honors and Fordham University in 1981. Tim set out on a lifelong career in healthcare. After many years in New York City, he moved to the Southwest for the remainder of his life. His faith in the Catholic Church was unshakeable and he held various lay positions wherever he was. Tim’s two trips to the Vatican were highlights of his life, along with his commitment to the Church, family, and charitable causes. Tim was generous with his time and resources, including his work with HIV/AIDS and various charities. If you were a niece or nephew, you were treated to a trip to the Southwest. Then there was music! At the age of 7 he started his lifelong passion of playing the piano and recently started playing the violin. Family and friends may call from 4:00 -7:00 PM Friday, October 13, 2023 at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Ave., Solvay, NY. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 AM Saturday, October 14, 2023 at St. Marianne Cope Parish – Our Lady of Peace Church, 203 Halcomb St. in Lakeland. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Tim Daddario Burial Fund, 104 ½ Lake Country Dr., Syracuse, NY 13209.
